A man in Pennsylvania was being held in jail in lieu of bail, which the judge overseeing the case set at $500,000. The man is facing charges for DUI homicide in connection with a fatal motor vehicle accident. He is also charged with numerous other crimes and traffic violations regarding the tragedy.

A woman was in the other vehicle
A 36-year-old woman was driving one of the vehicles involved in the crash. A re-enactment team that was sent to the scene after the collision noted that the two vehicles appear to have collided head-on. The vehicle the accused man was driving then struck the unoccupied parked car. Rescuers extricated the woman from her car and transported her to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
